About The Position

Domino's Inside Team Members, also referred to as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), serve customers throughout their shifts. The role calls for a positive personality, a clear and energetic voice, customer-service orientation, and familiarity with product details, services, charges, and other information customers may need. Team members are trained and may perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed. The work can involve outdoor conditions, varying temperatures, noise, moving mechanical parts, dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and exposure to fumes, odors, dust, or toxic chemicals. It can also be physically demanding, including repetitive hand use and prolonged standing, as well as bending, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, crouching, stooping, or kneeling. The wage range for CSRs is $17.13–$18.13. Performance evaluations by Regional Supervisors may result in raises in $0.25 increments, up to $1.00 over minimum wage, before eligibility for a management position. CSRs frequently receive tips through an in-store tip pool, distributed daily or bi-weekly.
