About The Position

Inside Crew Members serve customers courteously and professionally, take orders and payments, and prepare pizzas and other menu items. The role includes working at different stations, such as dough making, pizza topping, food preparation, baking, and salad making, in a fast-paced team environment. Crew Members also answer phones and product questions, clean and sanitize, operate a cash register or POS system, and may assist with training new employees.

The posting offers flexible scheduling, with day or evening shifts and part-time or full-time positions available. Overtime pay is available after 40 hours. No college degree is required. Employment terms at franchise locations are determined by the independent franchisee; Jet’s America, Inc. is the franchisor and does not control franchisees’ hiring, wages, hours, or other employment conditions.

Requirements

• Be polite, reliable, honest, and hardworking.

• Be able to follow directions.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Applicants over 18 must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Pizza experience is a plus but is not required.
