About The Position

Inside Crew Members serve customers courteously and professionally, take orders and payments, and prepare pizzas and other menu items. They may work at stations including dough making, pizza topping, food preparation, baking, and salad making. The role also involves answering phones and product questions, cleaning and sanitizing, operating a cash register or POS system, and assisting with training new employees. Applicants should be polite, reliable, honest, hardworking, communicative, and able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pizza experience is helpful but not required. Applicants over 18 must pass a background check. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and day or evening shifts. Overtime pay is available after 40 hours, and employees are paid weekly. No college degree is required. Employee discounts and opportunities for raises and promotion are offered. The job requires the ability to lift 50 pounds.
