The Inside Solution Provider role supports professional customers with the use of electronic parts catalogs, manages inventory at customer locations, sources and orders requested parts, and follows up on ordered product ETAs. This role also works to reduce Original Equipment (OE) spend by identifying alternative parts and coordinating product information and training. Additionally, the position manages hardware programs and provides feedback to customer management.
