The Inside Sales Support role also requires gaining familiarity with daily business operations, contributing to operational improvements, and following up on customer quotes and lost sales. Additionally, the role involves gathering marketing intelligence, implementing sales strategies, maintaining various reports (crushing logs, daily sales, sales order entries, backlog, billing), and participating in training to enhance product knowledge.
