Requirements

  • Proven inside sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Must be a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Call center experience
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Spanish speaking skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to all incoming calls from customers and dealerships.
  • Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products that meet their riding needs through inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email.
  • Achieve revenue growth objectives by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases.
  • Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and/or assisting with installation questions.
  • Follow up with customers on issues through both phone conversations and emails.
