About The Position

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to consumables customers from inquiry to order delivery. Your primary objective is to reactivate former clients by bringing lost customers back to regular buying patterns through outbound calls, emails, and cold calls. This role involves handling over 4,000 products, necessitating a customer-oriented mindset and a focus on organizational expansion. Key duties include responding to inquiries, conducting inventory lookups, processing quotes and orders, managing material pricing and logistics, and maintaining accurate customer information.

Requirements

3+ years of Inside Sales, sales support, or account management.
Inside sales or telesales experience, including cold calling.
Strong verbal communication and customer relations skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
Computer proficient.
Ability to perform simple arithmetic and routine administrative paperwork.
Calm under pressure, with good judgment and rational decision-making.
