Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Support/Production Field Technician to join their team in the Greater Kansas City Area. This full-time role involves ensuring roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate enjoys field work, problem-solving, and ensuring job quality. Requirements

Roofing or construction experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer software.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Ability to climb ladders and safely access rooftops.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Visit active residential and commercial roofing projects throughout the Greater Kansas City area.
Monitor project progress to help keep jobs on schedule.
Perform quality control inspections during and after installation.
Verify workmanship meets company standards and manufacturer specifications.
Document job progress with photos, inspection reports, and field notes.
Coordinate material deliveries and assist with production scheduling.
Identify and communicate field issues to support timely project completion.
Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and safe.
Assist with final inspections, punch lists, warranty evaluations, and project closeouts.
Build positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
