About The Position

The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance and revenue goals. This role drives team success through coaching, performance management, and oversight of daily sales operations and processes. The supervisor also ensures a strong customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving escalated issues effectively.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading an inside sales team of 5 or more team members
  • Track record of success in sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of Inside Sales processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales specialists to achieve and exceed performance KPIs.
  • Drive individual and team performance through coaching, call reviews, and accountability to sales goals.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and enforce strong lead management and follow-up practices.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to optimize sales performance and results.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
