About The Position

Levitt-Safety is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves managing and growing customer accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and collaborating with field sales and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and fostering long-term partnerships. The position can be based in either Winnipeg or Edmonton and requires comfort with a hybrid work environment, including in-branch support.

Requirements

Experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and organized approach to managing accounts and opportunities
Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Someone who is motivated by growth, customer success, and achieving results

Nice To Haves

Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities to qualify leads and generate new business
Prepare quotes, proposals, and recommendations tailored to customer needs
Partner closely with Field Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams
Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and account information in Salesforce
Monitor account activity and sales performance to drive growth and retention
Support customers with a responsive, professional, and solutions-focused approach
Participate in customer events, training, trade shows, and other business development activities as needed
