Requirements

  • Customer service or sales support experience in a professional setting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail, especially with order accuracy
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or INFOR M3 ERP
  • Background in inside sales, account management, or order processing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Territory Sales Managers
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution
  • Deliver a high level of service that drives customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Manage the full sales order lifecycle, including entry, processing, updates, and tracking
  • Provide product information, pricing support, and order details to customers and sales teams
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all orders to meet delivery commitments
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
  • Proactively anticipate challenges and implement solutions to improve service levels
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution
  • Partner closely with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to support account success
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer experience
  • Contribute to projects that enhance efficiency across the sales and fulfillment cycle
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Monitor service metrics, customer feedback, and KPIs to ensure performance goals are met
  • Support reporting and data analysis to help drive business decisions
