This role involves being a critical player on the team, managing projects from beginning to end, and appreciating variety in the role. The position contributes as part of a team towards a common goal, assisting with the sales process, looking for upsell opportunities, and managing current accounts. It also involves overseeing customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some experience in sales, customer service or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage with customers effectively
  • A friendly demeanor and a desire to help customers with their needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated success working with customers
  • Inventory sales/order systems experience
  • Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus
