About The Position

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to drive profitable growth by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering great customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, eager to learn, and motivated to succeed in a high-activity, team-driven sales environment. You’ll be supported with training and tools to help you ramp quickly and grow your career in sales.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales or phone-based preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers
  • High energy, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth through high-volume outreach, lead generation, quoting, follow-ups, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Engage customers daily across phone, email, chat, and web tools to convert inquiries into orders
  • Build and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new opportunities and repeat business
  • Execute sales and marketing campaigns while conducting needs assessments and delivering tailored solutions
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and customer relationships through ongoing training, proactive communication, and follow-up
