About The Position

Equipment & Controls, Inc. (ECI) is an Emerson Impact Partner providing process control and industrial automation products and solutions to various industries including oil and gas, chemical, power, food and beverage, mining and metals, life sciences, pulp and paper, refining, petrochemical, OEM, and nuclear. ECI is seeking individuals who share their passion for excellence to join their team. This role is within the Pump Solutions Business Unit/Department and is located in Lawrence, PA.

Requirements

Two-year degree and 3-5 Years experience
Working knowledge of pumps, valves, instrumentation, controls and relevant industries
Ability to develop and deliver solutions based on an understanding of the technical and business challenges of our market
Negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Team player able to work closely with account managers and employees from other business units

Responsibilities

Utilize customer input and/or specifications to help in the selection of applicable products
Develop solutions to meet customer needs
Develop, deliver and follow up on accurate customer quotes in a timely manner
Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes throughout the quoting and fulfillment process
Support the outside sales team in meeting customer expectations
Work in a fast-paced environment reacting to customer demand
