About The Position

Alliance Technical Group is the premier leader in the environmental services space, specializing in source testing, fugitive emissions monitoring, laboratory testing & analysis, regulatory compliance and much more. Our clients span a wide range of markets including (but not limited to) building & construction, chemical manufacturing, data centers, food & consumer goods, oil & gas, pulp & paper and semiconductors. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients and are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. We are looking to pay $70K as the base salary with an additional bonus up to $12K.

Requirements

  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years experience cold calling and generating leads
  • Strong independent research skills
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to process and detail

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Cold call & email prospects and existing clients to share information about Alliance’s different service offerings.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell services where possible.
  • Identify and qualify leads for prospective clients (new business) by validating data from both internal and external sources.
  • Assist in building the pipeline for renewal revenue by proactively contacting existing clients to discuss future testing needs.
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Field Operations Teams to identify gaps in the sales pipeline and call clients/leads within those highlighted geographies.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales operations, and business development teams to execute on specific outreach campaigns that drive service line revenue.
  • Research external databases, websites, and other sources to enhance client data.
  • Modify account, contact, and lead records where necessary.
  • Reach out to prospects and clients to coordinate virtual or in-person meetings on behalf of the business development team.
