This role involves taking inbound calls only, guiding customers to the best solutions, and upselling/cross-selling promotions. Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Basic to Intermediate computer skills
- Able to work onsite in Boca Raton
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
