The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing inbound leads, activating container sales opportunities, and driving customer re-engagement. This role focuses on converting opportunities into revenue by responding quickly, qualifying needs, and guiding customers through the sales process or connecting them to the appropriate Sales Representative when needed. This position owns high-volume customer interaction and plays a key role in maintaining pipeline activity, maximizing conversion rates, and capturing additional revenue from existing and expiring customers.
