Requirements

  • Growing and maintaining customer accounts through sales and customer service
  • Entering, managing, and expediting orders
  • Responding to customer, distributor, agent, and outside sales personnel inquiries
  • Reviewing daily reports, order maintenance and order blocks
  • Managing quote requests, sales leads, and product promotions
  • Collaboration with MV Accessories Team, to identity areas of improvement, develop product pricing, etc.
  • Analyze market pricing and provide pricing guidance
  • Develop relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Serve as backup during out-of-office scenarios by managing tasks, addressing urgent issues, and ensuring the continuity of operations in the absence of primary team

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with I&C Market Agent Representatives
