In this role, you’ll play a critical part in reactivating dormant customers, engaging new locations within enterprise accounts, and driving revenue growth across a broad B2B customer base.   • 1+ years of experience in a sales or service environment (B2B preferred)
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM and work in a hybrid model (4 days in office)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple sales approaches and customer scenarios
  • Strong customer acumen and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to customers who have not placed an order in 7+ months to drive reactivation
  • Prospect and engage new locations affiliated with large managed customer accounts
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and ensure timely, solution-oriented support
  • Negotiate pricing and develop customized quotes based on customer needs
  • Leverage order history and customer insights to increase share of wallet
  • Promote Quill’s value proposition, offers, and pricing programs to convert opportunities into sales
  • Manage and grow an open book of business, identifying new opportunities and driving retention
  • Partner closely with account managers to share insights, trends, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to expand sales into categories like furniture, technology, print, and promo
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM systems while meeting or exceeding sales metrics
