About The Position

Fortin's Supply is a local family-owned business that has been part of the community since 1946. Fortin's has stores in Chilliwack, Abbotsford, and Hope. We are hiring for a hybrid role of Inside Sales and Returns Specialist. This role is for individuals passionate about customer service, helping others, and building a meaningful career in sales. As an Inside Sales member, you will work in a fun, fast-paced environment, closely with teammates to ensure the store is running at peak operational performance. You will process returns and warranties, and be able to work at the 31748 South Fraser Way location in Abbotsford. Travel off-site to various customer locations in Abbotsford and Chilliwack to support returns and inventory is also required.

Requirements

Experience in the sales or retail industry
Experience working individually and within a team
Good computer and typing skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to lift 40-50 lbs
Strong sales skills in person and on the phone
Comfortable working in different environments, especially outside of the store location, including regular visits to automotive shops, local businesses, and farms
Hold a valid license and be willing to travel to various locations with a company vehicle
Must be available weekends, holidays, and weekdays

Nice To Haves

Experience in the automotive industry is an asset, but not required
