About The Position

Glass America is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Elmhurst, IL. This entry-level call center sales position offers a great hourly pay of $18.00 per hour plus monthly commission when eligible. Requirements

Experience using a PC with various software packages.
Good data entry and typing skills.
Problem-solving skills (e.g., customer complaints, competitive issues).
Ability to sit for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Call center, care center, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Bilingual speaking skills a plus!

Responsibilities

Provide effective and outstanding customer service.
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers.
Present quotes and recommendations based on customer needs.
Communicate and explain auto glass products to customers.
Respond to inquiries and questions.
Utilize available resources to provide accurate information about professional service and competitive pricing.
Follow a step-by-step process to provide quotes on competitively priced installation and repair services.
Explain auto glass products, lifetime workmanship warranty, and value proposition to customers.
Book appointments and process orders with a sense of urgency.
Utilize software to make notes of all conversations, enter sales information, and update customer records.
Professionally handle customer interactions and general inquiries via phone and email.
Make follow-up communication on all estimates that have been written but not sold.
