Requirements

• Sales experience is a big plus, especially phone-based or inside sales!
• Strong phone presence and confidence selling over the phone.
• A competitive drive and the persistence to follow up and close.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and build trust.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for helping customers.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC or home services experience preferred but not required. We value fast learners ready to grow.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with existing leads and turn opportunities into closed sales.
• Present and sell service and installation estimates over the phone, ensuring every job has an estimate completed and presented.
• Handle call flips from in-field technicians and help close opportunities in real time.
• Grow our customer base by selling HVAC maintenance memberships.
• Connect with recent customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Prevent cancellations through proactive communication and save install jobs at risk of canceling.
• Request and generate Google reviews from satisfied customers.
• Drive revenue through consistent follow-up and lasting customer relationships.
