About The Position

DRN Data, a Motorola Solutions company, is seeking a self-motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing team. This is a strategic opportunity to build a high-velocity sales engine focused on selling our Capture solutions to the credit union market. The ISR will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and will leverage our extensive database to systematically convert data assets into predictable revenue. This is a crucial role designed to tap into a significant revenue stream and establish a dominant market presence. You will receive direct coaching and mentorship from key leadership to ensure your rapid development and success. This is an opportunity to build a new revenue engine from the ground up, offering significant potential for professional advancement.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • High School Degree or G.E.D

  • Proven sales achievement in a high-energy, phone-based selling environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting, qualification, and virtual demonstrations to negotiation and closing deals.
  • High-Volume Prospecting: Systematically engage a 2,000+ contact list through a high cadence of calls, emails, and social selling techniques.
  • Lead Generation: Actively develop a pipeline through self-prospecting activities in addition to converting company-provided leads.
  • Expert Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, web-based product demonstrations of our Capture solutions tailored to the specific needs of credit union marketers.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to manage a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
  • Achieve and Exceed Quotas: Consistently meet and surpass daily activity metrics as well as monthly and quarterly targets for new customer acquisition and revenue.
