The Inside Sales Representative is the frontline connection between Fairbank and our customers—bringing energy, expertise, and solutions to every interaction. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the trusted resource for order entry, product guidance, and day-to-day support across our full portfolio, including fertilizer storage and application equipment, propane systems, and cutting-edge precision agriculture solutions. You’ll engage with ag producers, contractors, industrial businesses, and individual customers through phone, email, and digital channels, delivering exceptional service while collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue, build relationships, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
