About The Position

We are looking for competitive goal-oriented individuals with superior communication skills and the ability to complete individual goals while working in a team environment. Candidates should demonstrate a capacity to make connections with all types of people and build rapport easily over the phone. You will need to be persistent and know that with effort, you will win. Inside Sales Representatives need to have a strong desire to be trained and mentored towards a career in leadership or enterprise sales. This is a new team with highly experienced leaders. We are looking for individuals who are excited about building a team, have a track record of success and building their careers from the ground up.

Requirements

2-4 years of relevant work experience in inside sales and lead generation
1 year of experience in driving demand and lead generation
1 year of Experience using Sales Automation tools such as Salesforce.com
A Bachelor degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study or equivalent experience
You have a zest for market insight, competitive movement & customer buying trends; and the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new information
You are a master at mobilizing available internal resources to achieve sales and organizational goals
High math skills and ability to effectively use Excel
Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
Independent and self-motivated.
Decisive and proactive.
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

Responsibilities

Quickly engage prospects on the phone, identify their needs and requirements on a variety of core solutions, price and sell them these solutions
Create valued business partnerships with customers and convey a firm understanding of customers’ business
Be able to articulate compelling value propositions around Access services and solutions.
Create a plan to follow up and qualify inbound leads from events and campaigns conducted by the marketing and Sales Development.
Develops a sales pipeline to support and exceed annual quotas; manage a pipeline and forecast sales activity in salesforce.com
Deliver information on programs, promotions and products via phone, email, Webex, etc. as appropriate to pipeline of potential sales opportunities
Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement.
Meet or exceed Sales / revenue targets.
Follow Access’s sales methodology to maximize win rates, revenues, and profitability.
Assist in the development of winning proposals/sales propositions.
Utilize consultative selling techniques ensuring customers recognize and agree our solutions meet and exceed their needs.
Use sales force automation tools to develop and update ROI/funnel reporting and dashboards for management and sales visibility
