About The Position

Established in 2009, Nepa Wholesale is the premier distributor of e-cigarettes, tobacco, CBD, and related products in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Renowned for our commitment to quality and market leadership, we are expanding and looking for experienced, dynamic, and innovative individuals to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, increasing sales volume, and ensuring excellent customer service through proactive communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and knowledge of the tobacco, CBD, or vape industry.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle high call volumes.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have knowledge of the tobacco, CBD, or vape industry.
  • Ability to work on-site during scheduled hours.
  • Strong professionalism and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must sign up 5–7 new customers per week.
  • Must complete 40 activities per day, including: Cold Calling, Follow-Ups, Customer Engagement, Upselling products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively call potential and existing customers to introduce Nepa Wholesale’s products and services.
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Educate customers on pricing, promotions, and new product arrivals.
  • Work to increase order volume and customer retention through consistent communication and relationship-building.
  • Convert leads into active customers by effectively presenting the benefits of working with Nepa Wholesale.
  • Process orders, provide order updates, and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Track and log customer interactions in CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with customer concerns and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals, including call volume, customer engagement, and new sign-ups.
  • Continuously seek new business opportunities through outbound calls and referrals.
