Provides an optimal customer experience utilizing our selling behaviors. Ensures all transactions are complete and accurate and the store is maintained to meet brand standards. This role involves bringing the customer experience to life by providing an optimal customer experience utilizing selling behaviors and Company sales directives, ensuring all customer transactions are complete and accurate. It also supports brand standards compliance in maintaining a good store appearance to provide a positive shopping experience for customers and aids in resolving customer service issues timely and skillfully. The position requires working well with others to get the job done in support of the customer and meeting the needs of the store, which includes good attendance. It involves collaborating with a wide number of customers and co-workers on a regular basis, and assisting the Store Manager with onboarding and training needs of new associates. The role is an advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Operations include recording all sales in the POS and handling all monetary transactions such as sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Completing daily paperwork and reporting, and making bank deposits when needed are also part of the duties. Other tasks include pricing merchandise, processing back stock, assisting with shipment processing, and housekeeping duties such as cleaning. Supporting with POGs as needed and potentially opening and closing the store are also responsibilities. A portion of the role also involves compliance with and knowledge of all safety and Loss Prevention policies, as well as compliance with all inventory control procedures & HAZMAT.
