The Inside Sales Representative prospects new business at small to medium sized retailers to utilize Koalafi's lease-to-own payment option. This role builds and manages a full pipeline of merchant partners from first contact through onboarding, and meets or exceeds established KPIs, sales budgets and strategic goals as part of a high-performance sales team. Uncapped commission structure – the more you sell, the more you earn, with no ceiling Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, working independently or in partnership with your Territory Manager as you prospect, qualify, present, close, and onboard new retail partners on Koalafi's lease-to-own payment options Make high volume outbound calls and handle inbound calls from prospects and new merchant partners, delivering sales presentations by phone and, at times, via Zoom Communicate consistently via email throughout the sales and onboarding process Follow Koalafi's established, proven sales process from first contact through successful onboarding, while prioritizing activity to maximize results Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager (including but not limited to generating sales reports, etc.) Support Western U.S markets Monday-Friday from 10:00am ET-7:00pm ET
