Manage and grow a portfolio of small accounts (<$100K/year), acting as the main commercial contact and ensuring retention, responsiveness, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years in inside sales or account management
  • Experience managing multiple small value accounts
  • Strong communication
  • High organization and follow-up discipline
  • Commercial mindset (pricing, upsell)
  • Ability to manage high volume of accounts
  • Proactive and responsive

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of small accounts
  • Be main point of contact for all commercial topics (pricing, orders, issues, follow-ups)
  • Drive retention and identify upsell opportunities
  • Respond to inbound RFQs and new small account leads
  • Manage pricing within defined guidelines
  • Follow up on quotes to convert into orders
  • Coordinate internally with operations, CS and finance
  • Resolve customer issues and support after-sales when needed
  • Keep CRM updated (pipeline, opportunities, pricing)
  • Reactivate inactive or declining accounts
  • Support field sales by taking full ownership of transactional business
