DO Supply is a global supplier of industrial automation equipment, helping manufacturers around the world keep their operations running efficiently. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team. Nice To Haves
- CRM or order management system experience preferred
- Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience preferred
- Experience using CRM systems, order processing software, or similar business applications is a plus
- Industrial, technical, manufacturing, distribution, or automation industry experience is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Source products and identify opportunities to improve company inventory
- Follow up on quotes, leads, and open opportunities to maximize sales conversions
- Meet and work toward exceeding individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and transactions within company systems
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support seamless order fulfillment
- Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and order-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
