The Inside Sales Representative role would require daily communication with external customers, sales teammates, and other NSMEM teammates. The position will be required to manage customer accounts (new/existing) in conjunction with DSMs, quote customer inquiries, enter customer orders, provide customer status updates, and other functions that support the NSMEM sales team. Candidates must be self-motivated and have good organizational and time management skills. Also, candidates must be willing to travel frequently. Successful individuals would be expected to be personally accountable and, at times, may be expected to work with minimal supervision. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. This position requires Candidates to have valid work authorization in the U.S.
