About The Position

Gopher Sport is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for generating sales by handling inbound and outbound product inquiries, quotes, orders, and closing proposals. The representative will also make outbound prospecting calls to achieve revenue targets. Customers will rely on this individual to help them find the best products for their physical education, early childhood, fitness, or school activity programs. The position requires becoming a product expert and guiding customers to the best solutions. This role offers career progression for advancement. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Requirements

College degree in business administration, education, or related field from an accredited university/college, preferred; and/or relevant work experience.
A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company’s mission statement “To help teachers and coaches show kids how to have fun and become healthier through physical activity”.
Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and a Windows Operating System.

Nice To Haves

NetSuite and/or CRM experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales profit goals through successful execution of all assigned sales plans and activities.
Manage repeatable sales processes and project proposals through assigned processes defined by the sales operating system.
Identify and progress opportunities by documenting sales activities in CRM and closing sales to defined standards.
Complete assigned training for process, product, and in-market presentation.
Achieve sales quality and responsiveness standards for customer interactions.
Complete assigned rocks, projects, and process optimization for operational improvement.
