About The Position

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for their Rochester, NY location. The Inside Sales representative develops prospects and interacts with existing customers, primarily by phone. You would work directly with team members in the field including Energy Auditors, Sales Coordinators, and Department Managers. For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Isaac is one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors and services over 35,000 clients a year. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Two or more years of proven experience in inside sales
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Nice To Haves

college degree in a related area such as Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, English, etc. preferred
HVAC knowledge or experience a plus

Responsibilities

Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails from leads
Understand customer needs and requirements to successfully fulfill their expectations
Build strong relationships with customers
Maintain customer database with accuracy and precision
Work with Home Performance and Sales teams to schedule appointments
Meet monthly department goals
Demonstrate an outstanding level of professionalism
