Requirements

1-3 years of inside sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable learning technical products and manufacturing processes

Nice To Haves

Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
Manufacturing or construction industry experience

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare quotes and provide pricing, lead times, and product recommendations
Follow up on quotes, leads, and customer inquiries to generate new business
Prospect for new opportunities and identify projects within your territory
Coordinate with Estimating, Customer Service, Engineering, and Outside Sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records within our ERP and CRM systems
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and bid opportunities
Help achieve sales, margin, and customer satisfaction goals
