The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for processing and managing customer quotes and orders as well as building customer relationships to support sales and profitability goals for the Elevator and Escalator Business Unit. The Inside Sales Representative is the key point of contact for customers for all communications related to quotes, orders, and the day-to-day activity for customer accounts. The Inside Sales Representative also provides leadership by being subject matter experts in Prysmian products, Elevator and Escalator market, customers, processes, and systems as well as helping develop best practices for the Inside Sales team. A successful Inside Sales Representative will possess a passion for helping customers while maintaining focus on goals for overall business growth and profitability.
