Requirements

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or data entry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and online channels to promote products and services
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Enter, update, and maintain customer information and sales data accurately within our CRM system
• Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and identify sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics
• Support administrative tasks related to sales activities as needed
• Support the shipping/warehouse team
