About The Position

Join American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. We are expanding our Inside Sales team and hiring motivated Phone Sales Specialists / Rehash Representatives to close sales from company-provided warm leads. This role focuses on following up with homeowners, building rapport over the phone, and converting opportunities into booked sales.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone
• High energy, confidence, and strong persuasion skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous inside sales, phone sales, or rehash sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads generated by the sales and marketing teams
• Make high-volume calls
• Contact homeowners who previously requested service or consultations
• Build rapport with customers and identify their HVAC or home service needs
• Present service options and convert opportunities into closed sales
• Re-engage prior leads and rehash opportunities that did not previously convert
• Maintain high call volume while delivering excellent customer service
• Track customer interactions and sales activity within company systems
• Meet or exceed conversion and revenue targets
