The Institutional Inside Sales position will focus on sales growth within an assigned book of business. Providing exceptional customer service levels and showcasing elite value will drive incremental sales and solutions to existing customers in a B2B environment. This position works in collaboration with assigned outside sales representatives with all HVAC/R products and solutions offered, and provides additional support as needed. The position also collaborates independently with assigned customers to create solutions for their HVAC/R needs and consults them through the entire sales process.
