Requirements

• A customer-first mindset with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and comfort working with systems, data entry, and reporting
• Confidence learning and discussing equipment specs, availability, and basic operation
• High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

• customer service or branch operations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support inbound calls and walk-in customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries
• Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices, and help resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions
• Coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns while communicating availability and expectations clearly
• Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support customer needs, inventory, and order fulfillment
