Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking with people and building rapport
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential and existing customers via phone and email
  • Turn outreach into actual business — learn the full sales cycle from first hello to closed deal
  • Re-engage past customers and help grow accounts you inherit from day one
  • Keep the CRM clean and up-to-date in HubSpot
  • Learn the product catalog inside and out so you can talk shop with confidence
  • Occasionally travel to trade shows and customer visits as you grow into the role
