About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to join our Mechanicsburg call center team. In this role, you’ll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and help schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales team — no cold calling. This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role focused on customer communication, follow-up, and appointment setting.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or call center experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Reconnect with customers who previously met with our sales team
  • Schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives
  • Educate customers on West Shore Home products and services
  • Track customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Work toward daily and monthly performance goals
