About The Position

Jennmar Canada is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position involves taking incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting outside salesmen. This employee will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Minimum Two (2) Years Related Inside Sales Experience
• Bilingual and fluent in English and French
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM
• Willingness to learn and grow with an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Comfortability making cold calls and talking to new people
• Excellent ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer-centric attitude and a commitment to company values
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependability to be consistent at work and on time
• Close visual acuity and upper limb coordination
• Ability to sit for extended periods during normal phase duties
• Light/medium (5-25 lbs.) lifting capability during normal phase duties

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and phone calls; assisting outside salesmen; act as a liaison with shipping department and back-order management.
• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Enter sales orders and applicable production data.
• Confirms processing costs and processing orders.
• Tracks and expedites sales and processing orders as required.
• Dispatches customer orders when ready; locates trucks, ships and tracks customer orders
