We are searching for an Inside Sales Representative for Lamar Aero, our client in the aviation parts industry. This job is ideal for driven, relationship-focused candidates who enjoy connecting with clients around the world via phone and ensuring a successful customer experience from start to finish. This is a full-time, onsite position. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve company objectives. You will connect with current and existing customers via phone to uncover needs, build relationships, generate quotes, and make sales. You will identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and relationship building. You will manage client relationships using CRM tools, including lead tracking, forecasting, contract negotiation, and pricing agreements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and a positive, end-to-end client experience.
