About The Position

LRP Media Group has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative to own their full sales cycle process through a consultative sales approach while building relationships with new and existing customers. This sales position will sell state-of-the-art web-based products to school districts and other educational organizations. Our Inside Sales Professionals receive a competitive base plus uncapped commissions starting from $50K-$65K. The schedule is typically one day per week in the physical office for meetings, training, and various departmental collaborations. However, initial training will require the first two weeks in the physical office.

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales professional in an outbound B2B environment with a proven track record of results and achieving goals
  • Ability to work the set schedule of one day a week in the Dresher, PA office and in-office training.
  • Ability to occasionally travel domestically to customers and trade shows
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Daily outbound telephone interaction with our database of customers and prospects through initial and follow-up calls to generate new sales.
  • Develop relationships in an assigned territory to promote products that fit the needs of the customers
  • Deliver product presentations in a professional and effective manner
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain and update customer database (CRM) and other pipeline tracking reports (Excel)
