About The Position

We’re hiring a high-energy Inside Sales Representative (ISR Hybrid) to own the front line of customer engagement—converting inbound traffic, rental activity, and dormant accounts into profitable equipment sales. This is not a passive counter role. This is a revenue-generating sales position with clear expectations, measurable performance, and real earning potential.

Requirements

  • Confident in engaging customers and asking for the sale
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-up and pipeline management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Responsibilities

  • Convert walk-in traffic, phone calls, and rental inquiries into equipment sales
  • Proactively generate opportunities through outbound calls, follow-ups, and campaigns
  • Identify and capitalize on rental-to-purchase, trade-in, and upgrade opportunities
  • Qualify leads and feed high-value opportunities to outside sales
  • Re-engage dormant accounts and uncover untapped revenue
  • Leverage CRM to manage pipeline, follow-ups, and close deals
