About The Position

Brennan Heating is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join their team in Lynnwood, WA. This full-time position involves selling general maintenance packages, working with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, and upselling customers to enhance their product experience. The ISR will also provide product information, develop long-term customer relationships, contact previous customers, answer incoming calls from potential customers, and meet monthly sales targets. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and while previous sales experience is preferred, the company is willing to train. The position is non-exempt with work hours to be determined, and overtime may be required. The work environment is office-like, involving prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, with the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Travel is not required.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, documentation skills and be able to perform duties with high level of accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience preferred but willing to train
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Sell general maintenance packages

Benefits

  • Hourly $18.00 - $22.00, + Commission
