Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage inbound leads generated through company marketing campaigns and big box store partnerships
  • Contact customers promptly to qualify leads and schedule service appointments
  • Follow up on technician estimates for garage door services and installations to help convert opportunities into sales
  • Provide phone quotes, pricing information, and product recommendations to customers and sales teams
  • Support technicians and door designers with product selection, pricing adjustments, and backend sales support
  • Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up notes, and sales activity updates
  • Conduct audits on door sales to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with company guidelines
  • Coordinate with vendors and management to secure special pricing when needed
  • Stay informed on current products, materials, and industry trends
  • Assist in educating technicians and designers on new products and materials
  • Help improve overall sales efficiency and customer communication processes
