About The Position

We're looking for an energetic, motivated Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to help grow our customer relationships and support our expanding business. Royal Apparel is also known for its extensive Made-in-USA collection, environmentally responsible apparel options, and commitment to exceptional customer service. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office(Excel skill-intermediate or better).
- Familiarity with AI-powered business and productivity tools is a plus.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Learn and promote Royal Apparel's product lines and services.
- Participate in virtual meetings with customers and prospects.
- Work closely with customer service and production teams to ensure a great customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Represent Royal Apparel at industry trade shows and customer events, with occasional travel possibly required.
