About The Position

GEICO is seeking a Specialty Lines Inside Sales Representative (Boat, Cycle, RV, etc.) who will provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and demonstrate the value of being a GEICO policyholder. This role does not involve cold calling. GEICO is a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies and is one of the largest auto insurers in the United States, founded in 1936. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and engage customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
• Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist customers.
• Provide customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage for the best protection.
