The Inside Sales Representative will establish and maintain customer relationships, drive sales growth through virtual customer visits, up sell, and cross sell strategically aligned products within focused markets. This will be accomplished by utilizing detailed product and market knowledge to drive opportunities through the sales cycle. This sales representative will be accountable to achieve monthly phone and activity goals while driving sales pipeline health and exceeding sales forecast through customer interactions, business plan creation and execution, and teaming with field sales representatives when appropriate. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Nice To Haves

  • Outside sales or inside sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Account management experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment
  • Creative problem-solving abilities are preferred
  • Channel & end user customer management; selling skills experience with ability to develop account business plans based on priorities that will exceed forecast over a sustained period
  • Operate Salesforce and Power Bi to manage/document activities, interpret and manage pipelines, etc.
  • Project Management & Key Account Planning
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely
  • Distribution channel/ end user sales experience
  • Good presentation skills; comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word; SalesForce
  • Salesforce.com Experience is desired
  • Skills include solution selling, listening skills, gain commitment

Responsibilities

  • Using data & analytics to identify customer prospects attractive to the business
  • Establishing connections with customer prospects that ultimately develop into real business opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business/sales models to help manage and influence business growth
  • Maintaining and updating a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to drive sales growth
  • Demonstrating a proficient level of technical product knowledge & application understanding to identify solutions that meet customer needs
  • Working as a collaborative team to drive opportunities efficiently; providing a positive customer experience
  • Sharing best practices with the greater team to promote a positive team environment
  • Proficiently identifying market trends and account needs in order to react to market activity and reach favorable sales goals
  • Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties
  • Contributing to a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement
